Adult Friendships are hard. Let's make it easier.

Cincy Girls Who is more than just events—it’s a movement.

We are redefining what it means to find community as an adult by making connection effortless, movement accessible, and friendship less intimidating. Our goal is to help women step out of isolation and into a thriving, supportive network where they feel seen, valued, and empowered.

We believe that wellness is about more than physical health—it’s about connection. By prioritizing movement, shared experiences, and low-barrier gatherings, we make it easier for women to build lasting friendships and feel at home in their city.

Our impact extends beyond our own events. By collaborating with Cincinnati’s parks, local wellness organizations, and nonprofits serving underserved communities, we ensure that our mission isn’t just about gathering—it’s about giving back, improving public spaces, and making Cincinnati a more connected, inclusive place for all.

We envision a future where every woman has a space to show up as she is, meet like-minded people, and build a community that truly supports her.
